What reviewers think

Reviewers consistently report feeling heard and cared for here. Staff ask questions upfront, adjust pressure and treatment on the fly, and customize facials or massage sessions to address specific concerns rather than rushing through a standard routine. The space itself sets the tone: small, peaceful, and visibly maintained. Therapists named in reviews (Krystine, Katie, Arnaldo, Estela) are singled out for taking time to understand what clients need, whether that's tension relief, facial customization, or lymphatic drainage after injury.

Hydralive Therapy Tampa

5.0(19)✓ Google-verified

Reviewers arrive for IV hydration and wellness treatments and report leaving refreshed after brief, well-explained appointments. Staff greet people warmly, nurses place IVs cleanly on the first try, and the space feels relaxing with comfortable chairs, blankets, and snacks-making it feel less clinical than clinical. The menu spans IV cocktails (Femme Vitale, Fountain of Youth), IM injections (fat-burning B12, glutathione), cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, and compression therapy. Telehealth consultations happen on-site before treatment. Named nurse Amanda and Lainey appear across multiple reviews for gentle, attentive IV work. Owners visit clients during their sessions. No complaints appear in recent reviews.

Heim Regenerative Medicine Center

Heim Regenerative Medicine Center

4.7(145)✓ Google-verified

Most recent reviews highlight excellent contrast therapy classes led by Keith Kemp, pristine facilities, and Dr. Heim's personalized approach to health optimization. Reviewers praise clear explanations and community-building atmosphere. However, two detailed complaints from longer-term patients describe years of inadequate testosterone dosing, over-prescription of Anastrozole, and aggressive supplement upselling that left them sicker rather than helped. One patient reports being dropped after nearly two years of successful treatment when front-office staffing changed. The practice now operates from a renovated location in Palma Ceia West with sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy, and intravenous therapies alongside hormone work. NAD IV and peptide treatments have drawn praise. Their website lists board certifications in family medicine, osteopathic manipulation, bariatric medicine, and fellowship training in anti-aging and regenerative medicine.
