Once we verify the correction, it stays in place through all future data updates.

Challenging your score

Your score comes directly from Google reviews processed through our published scoring method. Scores are never manually adjusted. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue must be in the source data itself: your listing may be matched to the wrong business, reviews may be attributed to you incorrectly, or the summary may misrepresent what reviewers actually wrote. Submit your dispute and we will re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the data feeding the score is incorrect.

Removing your listing

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, if your listing is a duplicate of another entry, or if your business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our system also re-verifies every listing each month and automatically removes businesses that have closed. If your listing is accurate and your business is within scope, your removal request will be declined, and you will receive a clear explanation of why.

How long this takes
