Staff listens carefully and walks patients through treatments in detail, with reviewers praising Sarah Leon and Jason Jacobson (ARNP) by name. Many report feeling supported and empowered, especially on telehealth; one out-of-state client said clear communication made remote care feel as thorough as in-person. Two older complaints about aggressive text outreach surface, though recent reviews focus on the clinical experience itself. The clinic handles insurance work, GLP-1 therapies, and hormone optimization. Reviewers mention help securing Zepbound approvals and report strong follow-ups tied to wellness goals. Reviewers describe feeling heard and restored after finding the right answer to health problems they thought were permanent. Joni and her team spend time understanding each person's full picture, use muscle testing to identify what the body actually needs, and walk clients through why certain supplements or dietary changes matter. Mallory's myofascial release and fascia work get specific praise for explaining how the body connects and builds strength. The calming environment and years-long client relationships suggest people come back because they feel genuinely supported, not rushed.

The vast majority of recent visits report attentive staff who listen carefully and explain treatment options before starting. Long-term patients describe years of continuity and describe feeling heard by the team, especially Pam, Stanley, Raynie and Shelby. One 6-month-old review details a serious adverse event: a premenopausal woman received hormone pellets, experienced severe bleeding and anemia requiring hospitalization, and reports that staff dismissed her concerns about side effects. This case stands apart from the overwhelmingly positive recent reviews but remains visible in the record.
