Reviewers describe attentive staff who take time to explain treatments and make them feel welcomed, with a consistent highlight on the calm, clean space and functioning equipment. Most people report feeling welcomed the moment they walk in, with staff who know their treatments inside out and take time to explain each step. The space stays clean and calm. A small number of recent reviews flag serious billing issues: charges appearing for services not explicitly agreed to, and ongoing monthly debits that the business allegedly refused to stop even after being asked. This sits alongside reports of minimal desk coverage during opening hours.
